LOS ANGELES' RENOWNED FILM CONSERVATORY SHOWCASES VISIONS OF FUTURE DESIGNERS EXHIBIT OPENS WEDNESDAY, JUNE 4, 2008

    /Movies and Video PR News/ - LOS ANGELES, CA, April 26, 2008 - WHAT: AFI Conservatory is proud to announce its annual Production Design Showcase. The event will feature the design work—from renderings to scale set models—from the AFI Conservatory's first and second year Production Design Fellows.

Attracting artists from architecture, interior design, theater arts, scenic design and other related fields, the AFI Conservatory's Production Design program focuses on the creative process of visually and physically developing an environment that becomes an essential component of the storytelling process. The program has consistently been renowned for guiding its Fellows to successful film design careers.

About the AFI Conservatory
The AFI Conservatory offers a two-year accredited MFA program, granting degrees in six filmmaking disciplines—Cinematography, Directing, Editing, Producing, Production Design and Screenwriting.
