Travis Ware Reaches Out to the Script Writer
The Founder of Silver*Ware Studios, Inc. (SWSI) has written a book to help train the upcoming script writer called Beyond the Pages.
/Movies and Video PR News/ - DECATUR, GA, September 22, 2008 - From reading many scripts, producer/director, Travis Ware has written his first business book, Beyond the Pages - A Script Writer's Guide to the Bizz. The book entails Travis's script writing program, Script to Screen in book format. It helps aspiring script writers to development their craft in script writing or to help the advanced writer to perfect his/her writing abilities.
"After many years of receiving scripts, I've noticed that some people have no idea what it takes to write a proper script. Their format is wrong. Or the writer doesn't know where to take the story," stated Travis.
Travis created Beyond the Pages to also educate the script writer on the business behind script writing. This goes from coming up with the idea to pitching it to Executive Producers of a major studio or directly to the producer of a major Film Company. The book reads like you're actually in his Script Writing Class.
Travis has written several screenplays that will be produced by his company, Silver*Ware Studios, including his upcoming film, Photo Finish; who in negotiations with actor singer, Jamie Foxx. The film is set to go into production January 2009. This is also the scheduled release date of his book.
Travis states that by the end of reading his book, you will be ready and able to write a full script for film, television and/or stage play. Not only that, you'll also have a better understanding of the career behind the script writer.
There are so many workshops out there that give "crash courses" in script writing and don't give you the scope of the business. He wanted people to read his book and become more knowledgeable about the script writing business. Can you understand the multitude?
