With 27 years of professional experience, Mr. Schindler, formerly a V.P. of Finance with CB Richard Ellis, specializes in structuring renewable energy projects, mortgage investments, bonds, tax credits, commercial real estate, and structures dealing with special use properties like medical buildings, senior housing, mixed-use and film studios. Mr. Schindler has also produced, writen and directed independent movies and television programs.
Mr. Schindler has produced and worked on various movies and award-winning music videos, including the acclaimed movie 'Swimming with Sharks,' which he Production Managed. He helps with environmental causes and is currently working on supporting the creation of sustainable communities and societies and promoting alternative energy solutions. He is going to use his new websites to aid in this endeavor and help others design and model sustainable communities. He attributes his success to being a generalist in a world of specialists and accepting guidance from the Creator.
Mr. Schindler earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Business in 1981. He is a licensed real estate agent and a member of Mensa International.
