2entertain Announces the Release of Outnumbered Series Three on DVD
2entertain has announced the release of the new third series of 'Outnumbered'.
LONDON, ENGLAND, November 19, 2010 /Movies and Video PR News/ -- 2entertain has announced the release of Outnumbered series three on DVD. Fresh from its success at the 2009 British Comedy Awards, including the top prize of Best Comedy, the semi-improvised family-based sitcom Outnumbered returns for a third series.
Written by Andy Hamilton and Guy Jenkins (creators of 'Drop the Dead Donkey') this critically acclaimed comedy puts three young children at the very centre of the story - and allows them to improvise.
Series 3 introduces conspiracy theories, sex education, psychotherapy, colonoscopies, astrology and kangaroo saliva - just a handful of the obstacles that the Brockman family must negotiate.
Outnumbered series 3 stars Hugh Dennis (Mock The Week, The Now Show, My Hero) and Claire Skinner (Sense and Sensibility, Lark Rise To Candleford, Life Begins). The show also stars David Ryall (The League of Gentlemen's Apocalypse), Samantha Bond (Die Another Day) Tyger Drew-Honey (The Armstrong & Miller Show), Daniel Roche and Ramona Marquez.
Outnumbered first aired in 2007 on the BBC, and has since spawned three series and three special episodes, which were aired for Comic Relief, Christmas and Sports Relief.
Capturing family life at its most chaotic, the new Outnumbered DVD will be available from 15th November 2010 in shops and on iTunes. It will also be released in a 1-3 box-set.
