Offshore Powerboat Docudrama to Star Jerome Brarda
With Brarda's Superboat and Supercat background making him an ideal star for this lively account, the doc will air on a major US network next year
MIAMI, FL, December 02, 2011 /Movies and Video PR News/ -- Offshore powerboat driver Jerome Brarda is to star in a TV docudrama about the high profile motorsport.
The new docudrama is scheduled to be broadcast in 2012 on a major US network. The TV film is now in production in the Miami area.
Jerome Brarda started his career in Europe in race cars. After a successful tryout in Offshore Powerboat racing, Jerome crossed the Atlantic in 1990 to join the famous Team USA owned by Miami Vice star Don Johnson. Jerome competed intensively alongside Don in the Superboat class, setting world records.
Jerome did not abandon car racing and in 1993 he entered a seven year race program with Porsche in the GT Class, winning major Endurance Grand Prix worldwide.
In 2007 he returned to offshore powerboat racing at the highest level, helming a Supercat. Jerome also races in the World Offshore Championship, and has developed a successful media and TV presence as host for several specialised international channels.
